Terms and (1) Introduction

You agree to disclose true, correct, updated and complete information about yourself as required in the Eco Clean registration form.
Not to include any of your contact details such as email addresses, phone numbers or any personal details in the registration card.
Eco Clean is committed to dealing with your personal information and contact addresses with complete confidentiality with other members, and members are provided with your contact information only upon completion of business transactions.
You will be obligated to maintain and update your registration data in order to keep it true, correct, current and complete. If you disclose information that is false, incorrect, not current, incomplete or in violation of the User Agreement, Eco Clean has the full right to suspend, limit or cancel your membership and account on the site, without prejudice to Eco Clean's other rights and legitimate means of recovering its rights. Eco Clean has the absolute right at any time to conduct any investigations it deems necessary (directly or through a third party) and request you to disclose additional information or s of any size to prove your identity and/or ownership of your financial instruments.
You agree to provide any information and/or s to Eco Clean if requested to do so.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, Eco Clean management has the right to suspend or cancel your membership and block you from the site. We also reserve the right to cancel any unconfirmed and unverified accounts or transactions or accounts that have been inactive for a long period.
 
(4) Electronic Communications

Eco Clean will, during the period of your membership, send promotional emails to inform you of any new changes, procedures or promotional activities that may be added to the Site.
 
(5) Amendments to the User Agreement and the Mechanism of Eco Clean
 
You acknowledge and agree that Eco Clean will notify you of any amendment to the User Agreement, whereby your obligations will be doubled or your rights will be diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to the User Agreement
 
You agree that Eco Clean, with its full authority and without bearing legal responsibility, may make basic or subsidiary amendments to this agreement without requiring additional approval from you, at any time and with immediate effect
 
You acknowledge that Eco Clean is not considered an auction or a bank and does not provide similar services, and Eco Clean is considered a technical website on the Internet that allows the purchase of goods displayed on the site.
Membership on the site is free.
In the event that you fail to pay the fees or expenses charged for your transactions on the site, Souq.com, without any legal liability, reserves the right to:
 
- Issue and direct an official warning to you for your failure to pay on time
- Souq.com also reserves the right to take any necessary steps, including legal, in the event that you fail to pay the fees due to Eco Clean
- Eco Clean reserves the right to take any necessary measures or steps, including but not limited to legal actions, to collect the fees due and/or the appropriate taxes and expenses.
