Return and Exchange Terms:
 
Time period: You can request a return of the product within 3 days from the date of receipt of the order, and a replacement within 7 days.
Product condition: The product must be in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all its accessories and s.
Excluded products: Products that have been consumed, used or installed, such as breakable products, hotel products, gifts and embroidery, cannot be returned or replaced.
 
Return procedures:

Return shipment: You will receive a shipping policy to return the product. Please deliver the product to the nearest Aramex office.
 
Refund:
 
Payment by credit card: The amount will be refunded to your credit card within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the product.
Cash on delivery: The amount will be refunded in the form of a credit/voucher in your account with us within 3-5 business days of our receipt of the product.
Payment by installments (Tabby): The amount will be refunded except for 10% as administrative fees.
 
Important Notes:
 
Shipping Costs: The customer bears the shipping costs of the returned product.
 
Customized Products: Products made specifically to the customer's request cannot be returned.
