Products are accepted for return within 3 days and exchanges within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be unused or damaged and must be in the same original condition in which you received it
You cannot return any product that has been worn, used or installed, fragile products, hotel products, gifts and embroidery
When you receive your return receipt, you must deliver the return to the Aramex office nearest you.
A refund will be made to your credit card if the order is paid by credit card within 3-5 days of receiving the item to be returned at our warehouse.
The refund will be given in the form of store credit/voucher if payment is requested via cash on delivery within 3-5 days of receipt of the product to be returned at our warehouse.
When requesting to return the product and the method of payment was (Tabby) the service of installment purchases, a deduction percentage (10%) is calculated from the refunded amount as a fee.
